Q: Are you shipping now?

Not yet, but soon. We will deploy our first trial (beta) units in Q2 and Q3 with public availability shortly thereafter.

Q: Won’t this be too hard for my mother/father to figure out?

This is the beauty of our system. It’s totally transparent to the resident. They go on living their life just as they always have, with no need to interact with the technology whatsoever.

Q: Do I have to buy the equipment?

Nope. There’s no equipment to purchase. All equipment is provided to you as a part of the monthly fee. The only payment needed to begin is a $49.95 installation/activation fee.

Q: How much does it cost?

Final pricing has not been set yet, but we know that the service (including the installed equipment) will be less than $200/month.

Q: How does it get installed?

CTS has a nationwide network of installers, most of whom work in the security and a/v industries. Shortly after your order is placed, we will get in contact with you to go over the specifics and set a convenient time for the installation.

Q: What if something happens? Is there a minimum commitment?

We ask for a six month minimum period. Beyond that, there are no special requirements and you can use the system for as long as you like, or turn it off at any time.

Q: Do we have to get an internet connection?

NO. Our system communicates with the internet via a G3 cellular connection. You don’t have to have a permanent landline and you don’t have to don’t have to have an internet connection. You don’t even have to be signed up for cellular service; it’s all covered in your monthly fee.

Q: What about service? Does this have a warranty?

Your equipment carries a limited lifetime warranty. As long as you are using the system, we will provide normal repair free of charge.
